Kudu Cosmetica – Review

As you can probably tell I’ve been a bit obsessed with skincare lately. My skin has been overly dry recently and I’m starting to develop dry patches. (If you have dry skin you will understand the struggle.) this usually happens during seasonal changes. Winter is approaching, and my skin is in desperate need of some hardcore hydration.

So, a few weeks ago I received two products from Kudu Cosmetica. One being a serum, and the other being a facial oil. I want to start of by saying that I love using facial oils. Since incorporating them in my skincare regimen, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin. In fact, according to top dermatologists, facial oils may be that missing step in your beauty routine. They have amazing benefits for the skin. Many botanical oils, including argan, rosehip, and african marula oils, are naturally packed with potent antioxidants, nutritious proteins, minerals and vitamins.

Squalane Oil

I’ve been using this oil for the few weeks now and I’m really loving it. It comes packaged in a elegant amber glass bottle, containing 30ml of product. This lightweight oil smells lovely and applies easily. Unlike most facial oils that leave your skin feeling extremely greasy and sticky, this one sank in instantly and left my dry skin glowing, hydrated and silky smooth. I usually apply this oil at night after cleansing and toning. It’s the last step in my skincare routine and I leave it to sink in overnight. I either use this on its own or mix a few drops in with my daily moisturizer. It has completely restored balance to my skin, helping it feel a lot more hydrated. Overall my skin just looks so much more healthy and radiant these days — I only wish I’d heard about it sooner!

Bio-Active Hydration Serum

In recent weeks, this serum has worked wonders for my dehydrated, flaky skin. Also packaged in an elegant amber glass bottle. This product is basically a superfood for your skin. Containing a unique blend of antioxidants and moisture-binding ingredients; it leaves my feeling skin soft, plump and hydrated. It has a virtually lightweight formula that absorbs easily. It sinks into the skin in a flash, and leaves an instantly velvety soft texture in its wake, with no grease in sight. Just like the Squalane Oil, I usually use this at night before bed. I apply a few drops on my fingertips while doing a little face massage and then follow up with a moisturizer.

My final thoughts?

So far, both these products are fantastic. The packaging is beautiful, and the products are top quality and luxurious. 100 per cent from natural origins, too – what’s not to love?
