Product Repurchases

Hey everyone! Today on the blog i’ve rounded up some of my product repurchases. If you’re a beauty addict, you pretty much know that you have to really love a product alot to repurchase it. As a beauty blogger I’m constantly testing out new products ever so often to see what’s good and what’s not. I personally love these kinds of blog posts because i’m just so interested in seeing what other people repurchase. So, I thought it’ll be a great idea to share some love on 8 of my favourite product repurchases. Now, let’s get into this!

1. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (R79.99)

This stuff is magical, considering the fact that it requires absolutely no rinsing — It’s like a lazy girl’s best friend! I often struggle to find cleansers for my skin type (I have dry skin) because even ones that promise to hydrate don’t at all, and still end up over drying my skin. But this doesn’t. It gently cleanses without over-drying. It’s also an excellent makeup remover. I apply this with a cotton pad to my face and neck and it removes every trace of dirt and grime off my skin.

2. The Body Shop Grapefruit Sorbet (R119.99)

Anything with the word “Sorbet” sounds so luxurious and almost irresistible to me. I saw these new body sorbets online on The Body Shop website a while back and I just had to try it. The moisturization it provides is very impressive. It deeply hydrates my skin and leaves it feeling silky smooth without leaving a greasy residue behind, which is honestly the two things I really need in a moisturizer and not to mention — the pink grapefruit scent smells delicious!

3. Tresemmé Heat Defence Spray (R79.99)

One of the best heat protectant sprays i’ve tried so far. I’ve always had a issue with heat protectants making my hair feel sticky or greasy but this one doesn’t. It protects my hair from heat damage while helping to tam frizz. Need a good heat protectant? Try this one!

4. Revlon ColorStay Foundation (R279.99)

My ride or die foundation for the past 7 years! I’m pretty sure everyone knows the trusty revlon colorstay foundation and to be honest, I don’t think i’ve stuck with a product this long before. I try tons of different brands of foundations, but if I were to pick just one, it’ll be this one! It’s a medium to full coverage and this foundation is super long-lasting.

5. Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner (R109.99)

Need your wings to be on fleek? Look no further than this little gem! It’s one of the best affordable gel liners out there. This gel liner lasts for hours without fading or transferring.

6. L.A Girl HD Pro Conceal Concealer (R45.99)

Under eye circles are a thing off the past with this concealer. This stuff is incredible. It covers dark circles with ease. It doesn’t crease or fade. Lasts a really long time AND it’s under 50 bucks! I can’t wait to try the new pro conceal correctors when they arrive in south africa.

7. NYX Powder Blush in Pinched (R99.99)

NYX really knows there stuff when it comes to their blushes and lip products. I’m not really a huge hoarder of blushes but this is definitely one of my favourite shades from their powder blush collection. It’s the perfect peachy pink that suits my pale skin beautifully.

8. Essence Long Lasting Lipstick in Natural Beauty (R45.50)

This is one of my favourite lipsticks from Essence. It’s such a beautiful “my lips but better” shade. My lips are usually prone to drying and flaking but the light and creamy formula of this lipstick makes it feel very comfortable to wear.

And that’s all we have for today! I hope you guys enjoyed this post. What your favourite product repurchases? Let me know in the comments below!
