Hey beauties! I hope everyone had a wonderful easter weekend. I know I did! Too many chocolates and easter eggs will never fail to make a girl happy right? So, today, on the blog I’ll be sharing some of my current beauty favourites. Let’s jump straight into it!
1. Essence Eyeliner Pen Waterproof
Damn, Essence! How many products you gonna impress me with while still providing us makeup junkies with such affordability and quality? This is one of the best affordable eyeliner pens I’ve tried and yes, I know I said the same thing about the maybelline eye studio gel liner in my product repurchases blog post, you can check that blog post out here, but this eyeliner pen is incredible. If you’re a beginner at applying eyeliner, this one is for you! It’s really easy to use and lasts all day without fading or transferring.
2. L’Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Day Cream
I love this moisturizer. You must know by now that I’m a dry skinned girl and that I often struggle to find products that provide my skin with the moisturization it needs. Throughout the past month of using this moisturizer, my skin feels smoother, clearer and just looks alot healthier. Oh, and doesn’t the packaging just look so pretty and luxurious?
3. Yardley London Gorgeous Eau De Parfum 50ml
I’ve recently been obsessed with this fragrance by Yardley London. I’ve worn it almost everyday for the past month. It smells incredible! Blended with delicate floral and fruity notes.
4. L.A Girl Velvet Flat Matte Lipstick in ‘Hush’
I recently purchased two shades from the new L.A Girl Velvet Flat Matte Lipstick collection and so far I really like them. I love the formulation of these lipsticks, they’re completely matte but not drying on the lips, and they last really well throughout the day aswell. I’ll definitely be picking up more shades real soon! You can check out my review on these lipsticks here.
5. Nivea Men Post Shave Balm
Do you have trouble with your foundation fading or breaking up? I got you, boo! There has been a huge amount of hype involving this product recently. One of my favourite beauty bloggers, Nikki Tutorial’s mentioned that the Nivea Men Post Shave Balm does an amazing job at prolonging your makeup and that it “changed her primer life” my immediate reaction was… Wait, what!? A post shave balm that works as a primer? I have to try this, and I have to agree with Nikki. It does an amazing job at prolonging your makeup. I’ve been using this product for the past 3 months and it’s already one of my holy grail primers.
And that’s all we have for today. What are your current beauty favourites? I’d love to know. Share them down in the comments section below!
